We invest significant time, expertise, and resources into each project from the moment it begins. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds may be requested and processed.
By engaging Dev Craft Studioe's services and making any payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this policy.
Dev Craft Studioe provides custom, service-based creative and technical work. Unlike physical products, design and development services involve irreversible investment of skilled labour, time, and intellectual resources. Accordingly, our refund policy is structured to reflect the progressive nature of project delivery.
All projects require an advance/booking payment before work commences. This advance payment:
If you ("Client") choose to cancel a project, the following refund structure applies based on the project stage at time of cancellation:
Dev Craft Studioe reserves the right to cancel a project in the following circumstances:
In the event Dev Craft Studioe cancels a project without cause attributable to the Client, we will refund a pro-rated portion of fees paid, minus the value of work already completed.
Clients may request a project pause for up to 30 days. Projects paused longer than 30 days without written agreement may be considered cancelled and subject to our cancellation policy. Resuming a paused project beyond 60 days may require a re-scoping fee of up to 15% of the remaining project value.
Dev Craft Studioe does not issue refunds on the grounds of subjective dissatisfaction with creative work, provided the deliverables conform to the agreed brief and specifications. If you are not satisfied with our output:
We strongly encourage open communication throughout the project to ensure alignment and avoid disputes.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Dev Craft Studioe is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
The following are strictly non-refundable in all circumstances:
In the event of a dispute regarding refunds or cancellations, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to binding arbitration under Indian law. This policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
