By accessing or using the website at devcraftstudioe.com or by engaging the services of Dev Craft Studioe, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and Dev Craft Studioe ("Company," "we," "us").

The exact scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are defined in a separate Project Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon by both parties.
All projects require a signed Project Agreement or written confirmation via email before work commences. Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented and may result in additional charges. Dev Craft Studioe reserves the right to decline projects that conflict with our values or capabilities.
Upon receipt of full payment, Dev Craft Studioe transfers to the Client full ownership of the final deliverables (design files, source code, etc.) as specified in the Project Agreement.
Until full payment is received:
Dev Craft Studioe retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless the Client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
To ensure timely delivery, the Client agrees to:
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the Project Agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be charged at our standard hourly rate. Major scope changes will require a revised Project Agreement.
Dev Craft Studioe will make every effort to deliver projects on schedule. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by delays in Client feedback, content delivery, or third-party services. Dev Craft Studioe is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dev Craft Studioe's total liability to the Client for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific project in dispute. Dev Craft Studioe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project. This obligation survives the termination of the project agreement. Dev Craft Studioe will not share your project details or business information with third parties without explicit written consent.
Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the Client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the Refund Policy. Dev Craft Studioe retains ownership of all incomplete deliverables until final payment is made.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
Dev Craft Studioe reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
